Oliphant Golf Management (OGM) is seeking a hard-working, results oriented Assistant Golf Course Superintendent to join our team in Nekoosa, Wisconsin at Lake Arrowhead.  Under the direction and supervision of the Head Superintendent, the Assistant Superintendent will lead small groups to achieve optimal golf course conditions in a teamwork-driven atmosphere.  This position offers opportunities to grow in your career while maintaining two 18-hole golf courses.  In addition to Lake Arrowhead Association’s members, The Pines Course and The Lakes Course combine to attract local and traveling golfers to this 36-hole destination property.  Central WI boasts a booming golf economy that makes Lake Arrowhead a premier opportunity for an Assistant Superintendent to bolster their skills and professional experience.

The successful Assistant Superintendent will assist the Superintendent with fertilizer and chemical applications, bunker maintenance, irrigation, and crew/project management.  Our team members consistently reflect a friendly, confident, professional demeanor that provides a safe and healthy work environment.   A Wisconsin commercial pesticide applicators license and golf maintenance experience/education are preferred.

Oliphant Golf Management, which oversees and manages golf courses, and amenities maintenance at Lake Arrowhead, is a full-service golf management company which provides clients with expertise in golf operations, greens-keeping, and master planning.  OGM contracts range from maintenance only to full golf operations and golf course leases.  OGM is a growing company, providing employees with opportunities for professional growth, advancement, and relocation.  We strongly believe in promoting deserving individuals from within and as a result, our Assistant Superintendents continue to grow professionally during their tenure. Salary

$45,000 - $50,000 based on experience
